Pann Pongsua

SupawadeeI am Supawadee (Pann) Pongsua, a rising junior that is majoring in Physics and Mathematics at the University of Missouri, Columbia. I have been very interested in mathematics since I was eight years old. I believe that math is part of everything, and I know that it is an essential aspect to studying Physics. In the future, I want to pursue a PhD in Physics, focusing on theoretical and experimental condensed matter as well as nano fabrications. I really enjoy reading biographies, playing chess, and learning about other people.  I am so excited to be a part of i-Trek for many reasons. For one, I am eager to work with i-Trek because it allows me the opportunity to visit Boston for the first time. Secondly, it gives me the chance to see what research is really like. Finally, this opportunity lets me obtain knowledge for me to share with my peers back at my university.
