Marie Aimme Kayitesi

My name is Marie Aimee Kayitesi, and I am a sophomore at California Baptist University majoring in Biomedical Engineering. My STEM interest is medical equipment and devices– both using them and being involved in their manufacturing or operation. Some of my hobbies are listening to music as well as reading books and watching the news so that I can remain informed on the many changes surrounding medical equipment and their uses.  I am currently doing an internship at a hospital called King Faisal where I work with other biomedical engineers in repairing medical equipment. I am very excited to participate in the i-Trek mini Trek because it will help me to gain skills and hands-on experience related to my field.
